Senior rowing is most competitive at this stage and is where selection is done for international competition. However, this is also the most challenging period for any oars person. Rowers are either very busy at university setting up their future or having just qualified, trying to establish theis working careers along with setting up house and home. In this modern day and age, there just doesn't seem to be time for anything, though one always needs to set some time aside for R&R. With our close proximity to the city centre, early morning, midday and even late afternoon outings are quite possible. Ironically its this category of rowing we most with to build. Most of the clubs boats are rigged for sculling and so is well suited for  individuals or crews to get an outing within an hour.
